Crystal was raised in a “real estate family”, Crystal decided to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps and felt destined to become a real estate broker. As a little girl she would sit in her grandfather’s office and watch him negotiate deals. This negotiating skill developed very early on as did her stubborn behavior of not taking “no” for an answer. With over 12 years of experience and becoming licensed in multiple states, she has a long record of successfully guiding clients through emotional sales, dream purchases and life changing moments. Crystal has worked multiple aspects of the industry representing buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Her experience in quiet title actions, 1031 exchanges, commercial and residential sales has only improved her knowledge of the industry and increased her love of the business. Her exceptionally loyal clientele and referrals have formed the foundation of her career. Crystal’s integrity, energy, creativity and hard work are evident in every real estate transaction. She believes that the key to success is to be able and willing to reinvent yourself in an ever changing industry whether it's in her sales approach or marketing methods. Crystal is not only a Realtor but she is also the Associate Broker for The Locklear Group as well as the Marketing Director.
